How to FARMIGO:
(it is like the Tango – except it is how you dance with your CSA Delivery Box)…
To our Members:
First: we are SO GRATEFUL for your membership – and we want each of you to feel really connected to the farm. And we really want to know you too!
Second: if you could pretty pretty please use your Farmigo Account to make changes rather than call or email us – that is SUPER helpful. (And, of course, we won’t leave you out on a limb if you still need help!)

Lefthand side:
In the blue are links: History, Contact info, Pick-up Directions, and Vacation.
History:
It is currently open to your History- this is where you can check your payment and delivery history. Every time an automatic payment is made, it will show as a credit, and every time a box is delivered, it will show as a debit. You can check this history any time you have a billing question and it should be pretty clear, but let us know if you still have questions after checking here first.
Contact Info:
Aside from being able to update your contact info here – you can also opt out of our automatic email reminders that are sent 1 day before your pick up day – to remind you to pick up your box, and 6 days before your pick up day - to remind you that your window is open to make changes to your account.
Pick-up Directions:
The pickup directions will have a map with the drop address, the contact information for your drop host, and instructions on where to find your box. Veggies, eggs, and other add on items will be in a cardboard box with your name on it. Meat is delivered in a black cooler bag with your name on it. Please bring your own receptacles to empty your goodies into – and leave our coolers and boxes at the drop site. And feel free to contact your Drop Host directly if you have any minor requests (like "please leave my box out - I'm running late!").
Delivery Hold:
When you are going to be on vacation, or if you need to take a break for any reason, you can go to the vacation tab and enter the dates you will be away which will put a hold on your box during that time.
Righthand side:
You will see your subscription Summary. This will show your next delivery date, your pick-up location, and your subscription (Shares & Options).
Change Subscription:
At the bottom of the summary screen is a link to “+ Change Subscription”. If you click on that link a site opens that allows you to add to or change your subscription. These changes will be reoccurring until you change them again.
Terms for Subscriptions:
We have a $20 minimum for delivery to any of our drop locations and to pack a box for farm pick up. For our Monthly drop locations (SF, Berkeley, and Oakland) we have $100 minimum subscription – please also select “monthly” when choosing a Share or Option. Please see more of our Terms of Agreement.
Access window to Change Subscription & use Webstore:

Weekly, Bi-monthly, & Monthly subscriptions have the 3 days following your delivery day each week to Change your Subscription or add products to your next order from our Webstore (i.e., if your pick-up day is on a Wednesday, you can make changes for your next pick-up on any Thurs, Fri, and Sat prior to your delivery day).
Webstore:
On the top right is the link to the web store, this is to add one-time purchases to your next delivery. Maybe you're having company and you want to add a roast, or you are out of butter, so you want that to be included in your next delivery – this is where you would add those items. The meat cuts you order from the Webstore will not replace any of the meat we are already packing in your meat share, these are additional items.
