Terms of Agreement:
 
Once you are a Member, you will be able to access your account anytime to see charges, sale items, and add-ons.  On the top right corner of our website, click on "CSA Member Login."

Please know that we have a one-time, non-refundable, $15 membership fee.  This applies to all drop locations.  You will see this fee in the Summary section as you are in the sign up process.
 
In lieu of a pre-pay system - once you are signed up you will also be charged a $20 deposit with your first delivery.  This deposit is refundable.  
 
Farmigo, our online CSA Software, manages our payment and order system.  You will be asked your credit information during the sign-up process and, every time you get a delivery of our farm products, your card will automatically be charged for what you received.  You can always sign into your account to double check you payments, charges, and credit balance:  http://csa.farmigo.com/account/tarafirmafarms

Weekly schedules happen on the same day every week.   

Bi-monthly schedules are the first week of the month (1st through 7th) and the third week of the month (15th through 21st).  So if your delivery normally happens on a Wednesday, it will be on the very first Wednesday of the month and the third Wednesday of the month.  Keep in mind you may also sign up for Monthly Options too - and those will always arrive the 1st week of the month!  Please see our calendar on our events page or our CSA Schedule - where we have our delivery dates listed.

Monthly schedules occur 1 time per month: 
 - Monthly 1 schedules are the first week of the month.  They always occur in the first 7 days of the month.  So if your delivery normally happens on a Wednesday, it will be on the very first Wednesday of the month.
 - Monthly 2 schedules are the third week of the month, days 15 to 21.  So if your delivery is on a Wednesday - it will always be on the third Wednesday of the month.
 - San Francisco is required to only choose the San Franscisco Monthly schedule - which is the second Thursday of every month.

You have 3 days each week to make changes to your subscription for the upcoming week:  the three days following your current pick-up day, i.e., if you pick up on Wednesday, you can make changes for the next week in the next 3 days (Thurs., Fri., and Sat.).  This includes putting a hold on your box, web orders, subscription changes, and delivery holds for the coming week.

On the day of your delivery, you must pick up your box within the allotted time frame unless otherwise communicated.  For your health and safety, we have specific drop times and locations to ensure the product you receive remains at a safe temperature.

If for some reason you forget to pick up your box, we (or our drop host) will hold it for you in our freezer/refrigerator for 3 days for you to make arrangements to pick it up another day.  You will remain charged for your delivery.

You must have a "Share" in order to access our "Options".  Please, ALSO be sure that the timing & frequency of your "Options" matches the timing & frequency of your "Share". 

We have a minimum order amount of a $20 subscription for ALL of our CSA boxes, we also have a minimum of $100 subscription for deliveries to our Monthly drop in San Francisco.  Please be sure your order fits these requirements.
